My heath and things I am researching.
I am working hard on my gut health these days and using a lot of dietary things to do so. I am changing what I eat for sure, and it might not be what you think. I have not resonated with vegan or vegetarian diets ever, because proper fats and healthy meats are so important to me. The interesting thing with the changes I have made, like getting healthy beef back into my diet is that I have lost weight again. Not just a bit but a significant amount since spring, 18lbs.
Here are some links to show what it is I am doing.

Here is a fascinating book I a listening too. I highly recommend it to you all.
What no one knows about me is that Rogers Walter songs inspired me to write.
“Did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
Did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?”

His type of expression, the ramble and play with words all leading to a conclusion which stirs and move the soul. The only other person I can say comes close is the late poet Leonard Cohen. There is something about the male voice (not literally, figuratively) that I crave. I feel complete when I can listen to a man talk, sing, or etc. I can only imagine how powerful that is to younger males, to hear there elders give attention to the verbally in any form.
Rev. Lea Walters.
Although this is from 2008 it still appeals to the intellect.
