I was at a market/fair on the last weekend in October and ended up coming down with a cold, so who knows what will come out of me with this message? I am determined to do it. This is from the star family.
With greetings, we address you all. This message is from the beings some of you call the star family. This is not a channeled message; we are transmitting it to Lea.
Currently, we are a part of a cluster of what you would call craft above the BC coast of Canada. The divisions are gone as far as we are many beings from other areas of the Galaxy, and not what you would call a separate race. In recent history, we devised this arrangement to co-exist like this, sharing craft, technology, and knowledge. Close to what you would call a long-term coalition. The goal is to be in harmony, but respect individual nutrition needs and quality of life.
We are also including POL (programmed life forms) into our coalition, and at the same time, members of your planet.
I want to pick up where the last message from us (star family) ended in mid-2020 of your year timeline, for almost 4 years we needed to step back, and be cautious while your leaders (governments) worked out some issues with ego and energy transitions. Although that has not been completely worked out, it is safe for us to engage again by the end of 2024. And more importantly, it is necessary.
The age you are all in is indeed precarious, and we are pressed to examine your progress in great detail. You may feel this is focused on actions and immoral deeds, but it is different. We are discussing the changes occurring with your planet, sun, solar system, and the surrounding galaxy. And with whom you share your planet and galaxy.
The time has come for your planetary focus on preservation and transformation to the next level of civilization. To trust what is in your consciousness that tells you how to live and what to prepare for. Beings on all levels, including us, are limited in what we can do as we are not allowed to interfere. That is a Universal law devised from the wisdom of the ages. We usually do something sacrificial; we donate crashed vehicles, talk to those who can hear us telepathically, and interact directly with even fewer who may influence others. Mostly, we observe. It is helpful for any of you to ask for guidance, and even more helpful when you can be receptive to following that guidance.
It is hoped that you will also follow the one universal law we follow and maintain noninterference. Respect for your place in the bigger picture is needed, and understanding that you will not be allowed to wander off the path you are meant to be on. This has happened many times before, but at this age, you will succeed even if it is despite yourselves.
I am careful of my words; some do not translate directly, so let’s say “awareness”. Some of you have awareness in moments of stillness, and can grasp the understanding and apply it to your lives. At this time, you have reached an awareness of all that is, and it is assisting the planet in the journey. This should encourage you; however, it doesn’t mean that everything will just be easy from now on. You still have a role to play in all the transformation. It means hard work. It means sacrifice. So be wary of those who say otherwise or portray times ahead to hold lowered and slowed energy. The creation energy you will experience can be akin to the birth of mountains, which means chaos creating beauty. It is necessary.
A conjunction of ages is happening, and that is a good thing. The dimensional realities also experience this awareness. And out of that come layers that reach the universe. Energy feeds on and creates more energy. When Lea spoke of this recently, she talked of plasma. And indeed, that is what the energy is called on your planet. It is also seen as ‘force’ or ‘mantle’ on other planets.
I want to clarify that in the coming months, most of you will experience an altered reality from what you have known in the past. It is up to you to accept and adapt or to fight and struggle, thus making things harder. Adaptation, acceptance, and sacrifice are also Universal laws. You have yet to fully understand and regard these laws as belonging to higher energies. Give yourself kindness in exploring everything in this regard, and you will find time to adapt. (I am reminded of Dr. Wayne Dyer and how he used to say, “How may I serve?” Because what you put out comes back to you.) Your place in the universe is an exchange; you can add to it with kindness. Please start to practice being equal to this task.
I also want to explain how creation energy works, and let you know you are not alone in this struggle. You can transform what is not needed by knowledge of it, and then redirect to the highest good. But do not be fooled by skipping the step of knowledge. You need to understand what is happening so that you do not create what perpetuates what is not needed. Be an observer and practice the Universal laws to be effective.
As Lea reported earlier, contingency plans have been set up. If needed, we can move people to other places on your planet; we just cannot take you elsewhere. You may not even remember this happening when it does. We have been and will continue to ensure that life can continue here on Earth. Just as beings of light and essence are also doing the same thing.
Many of you can see us now, and we are focused away from leaders to those who inhabit instead. Be brave and kind to yourself and others.

That was transmitted over two sessions, as I had to take a break. It confirms much of what I received this year from other channelings, even though it was a transmission instead. One thing I can add is to start documenting your experiences, or anything you see that is what one might call Anomalous. It is important to note the time, day, location, etc. Also include your impression, as that is of equal importance.
I really resonated with the reminder of equality.
