Last week I had some advice from Aza come through in regards to anxiety created by spirit or lowered and slowed energy. Aza has reworded it so i can post for you all as my channeled message this Sunday.
Cutting through the fog:
From time to time you, as emphatic mediums are subject to area influences from residual imprints and confused spirit forms. I would also add in trapped psychic energy. It can create a fog that makes it hard to focus and actually protect yourself from anxiety. How many of you know of places you go to (The Mall? Certain Parks?) where you have an illogical anxiety come over you, and your focus is so muddled that you can not effectively deal with it?
If only you could cut through the fog and ground yourself again right?
Here are some tips on how to deal with this problem:
1) Recognition is always the first step. What is it that is actually happening. So you need to pause and self assess.
2) Is it from a residual imprint? Spirit? Or trapped Psychic energy?
3) Always with gratitude shift your own energy to a higher frequency by connecting to Gaia. Allow her to enact the solution.
4) Once your own energy is of a higher vibrational frequency it is easier to know what is not of you, and to let it go.
5) This is also the best time to use one of those self healing techniques.
6) When you know ahead of time that the location you are traveling too is going to effect you, you can take these steps before.
7) The more love and light you send forward into the location or event, the more the healing will take place.
8) After the fact make sure to reassess and apply;y self care. It make take you some time, a day or some to fully recover. It is important that you allow yourself time to do so.
Trust you are being given this effect for a reason. Always remember it is not of you, and that means you can change the outcome for yourself.
This effect is happening more often as in the 4th dimensional energies the veil is very thin. You are being given an opportunity to take care of the Astral realms.
As said previously this is also the time to be as healthy and as whole as possible. Proper diet and nutrition, getting a good nights sleep, meditation so you are spiritually whole yourself are indeed a part of life now.
